Everything was great, amicable staff, PERFECT location next to Pattaya. The double room was new-fashioned, had a safe, coffee and tea making equipment, and flat-screen TV. The view of the sea was good.

Liked our 2 nights here. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, we had a safe, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The hotel was in a perfect location right by the beach road in Jomtien and Bangkok airport. The stay was absolutely excellent!
Well, the area was really noisy overall.

This hotel is definitely good value for money, with rooms that have a sea view and balconies. Its great location means it's just across the beach with plenty of restaurants and a night market close by.

Akvavit Living is a great find! the value for money is excellent, especially considering the location is just a stone's throw away from the beach. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooms at the front with balcony and sea view, which were exactly as described on the website. Additionally, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel is great value for money, especially considering its location just across the beach. The staff were very attentive and the basic amenities were satisfactory. I loved the rooms with balcony and sea view, it was a delight to wake up to the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable.
All was okay during my stay, no complaints.
